Feast of Tabernacles 2024
The Sabbath Church of God of Cary, North Carolina will be sponsoring a Feast of Tabernacles site in the lovely intercostal waterway area of Little River/North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Close enough to visit the favorite spots of Myrtle Beach, yet a little removed from the congestion to enjoy the quieter pace of this historic fishing area. If you’re up early enough, a common sight of the day is to watch fishing and shrimp boats going out in the early morning for the day’s catch, with the sun coming up and the mist rising.
Dates:
The dates for the Feast of Tabernacles, including the Last Great Day, are from Thursday, October 17th to Thursday, October 24th.
Location:
Church services will be held daily at 10 a.m. in Classroom #4 at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center at 1030 Possum Trot Road, North Myrtle Beach, S.C. The only exception to this will be Sunday, October 20th, when they will be held in the meeting room of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites of North Myrtle Beach-Little River at 10 a.m.
Lodging:
Attendees are welcome to stay at any lodging of their choice, with some choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites of N. Myrtle Beach-Little River where services will be on October 20th. Their address is 722 Highway 17, Little River, S.C. 29566. Phone: 843-281-9400. Request a “harborview” room if you want to enjoy the view of the intercoastal waterway and marina. They offer choices of regular rooms and 1- and 2- bedroom suites, with or without a balcony. Prices include a warm continental breakfast. Clark’s Sea Food and Chop House next door offers outdoor dining overlooking the water and marina. Open daily at 11 a.m. The Holiday Inn Express is 5.9 miles from the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center.
